EVENT PLANNING

Posh Petals can do more than provide beautiful floral and event design for your wedding. We also offer planning services that range from day of execution to full service planning to assist with anything from budgeting, vendor selection, and timeline construction. From the day you get engaged to the day you walk the aisle, our consultants are ready to step into wedding planning at any stage and help make the experience stress free.

Bloom Package | Lighten the load on the day of your wedding by having one of our talented coordinators by your side. Our Bloom Package includes a final meeting where you will work out all the details and construct a custom itinerary 4-6 weeks before your big day. Along with this, you also receive two hours of rehearsal management. Then, on your wedding day a coordinator and an additional assistant will be on-site to manage all every little detail.

Blossom Package | Looking for a little more help than just day-of execution? This might be the package for you. Our Blossom package includes everything from our Bloom package, but in addition, it also includes up to 25 hours of consulting time during your engagement. These hours can be used to book vendors, manage meetings, and help negotiate contracts.

Posy Package | Our Posy Package includes even more consultation time! This is a great fit for the couple who wants to be involved in almost every detail, but also need to maintain their crazy life schedules (working and planning can both be full-time jobs!) With up to 40 hours of consultation time, we can help cut down on some of the leg work to streamline the process and tag team any project you need.

Flourish Package | Looking for an expert wedding planner to be there with you every single step of the way? Then our Flourish Package is for you. With up to 60 hours of consultation time, in addition to everything our Bloom Package includes, with Flourish you can have someone there for whatever questions you have. From picking a date and venue to styling, design, and tips on our favorite vendors. This package guarantees you a stress-free engagement, and a gorgeous wedding day you can enjoy to the fullest.

Additional hourly consultation packages are also available depending on client needs.
